Took my buddy that i havnt seen in a year for a ride through a popular driving area that has big swooping turns and long strips to go fast on.....turned a corner and saw a large deer going across the wide 2-lane road....slammed on the breaks, letting off to keep from skidding. Probably stopped from 60 to 15 in like 30 feet.....not sure if numbers are accurate...but i was damn close. Deer walked off ok, we kept on stroling=)
When i first installed my breaks, i totally wanted to test them out, but going real fast and slamming on them seemed senceless. My girlfriend got a good ride when i accelerated...stopped...accelerated...stopped to test em out=) heh, either way, glad my breaks are up and running!
